The last thing you can try for your iRV36 is find the fuse that feeds your radio. The fuse should be in the converter where the breakers are.
If you have a fuse puller you can use that to extract the fuse, or you can use a pair of needle nose pliers. Just be careful if you do use pliers not to squeeze the fuse too hard as you can possibly damage the fuse.
